Who Will Be The 11th......?

My thoughts of who I want, think or could replace David Tennant:-


David Morrisey (Blackpool, Basic Instinct 2) who is in this year's Christmas Special as we all know. I have been a fan of his for 20 years. I could picture him as The Doctor pre 2005. Number 1 for me.

Richard Armitage (Guy of Gisbourne in Robin Hood) is a possibility in my book. He has the looks, char, charisma and a bit of a dish to boot!

Matthew Macfadyen (SPOOKS, Little Dorrit) He is in the right age bracket that the BEEB have aimed for since it's return. Heh as the right characteristics and a fine actor. In my top 3!


Rhys Ifans (Notting Hill, Twin Town) Welsh lad and the right wackiness to play the part.

Matthew Rhys (Brothers & Sisters, The Edge of Love) Cardiff born so a homecoming as The Doctor?

Nathaniel Parker (Inspector Lynley Mysteries, Stardust, Bleak House, Haunted Mansion). He could even play The Doctor in his first incarnation - Gallifrey:Time of Legend. When The Doctor was known as The Other, if ever there was to be a Gallifrey spin off (HMMM!)
